Zyvora Land — Responsible Social Gaming Policy

At Zyvora Land (“Zyvora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we’re committed to a safe, healthy, and enjoyable social-gaming environment. Entertainment should be fun and within your control, so we provide clear guidance and practical tools to help you manage how you play on zyvoraland.com.

We recognize that online play can carry risks if boundaries aren’t set. That’s why we promote informed, mindful participation and offer features that help you stay in control.

Player Protection Policy

1) Safeguarding Minors

Internet access is widespread across home and mobile devices. Parents and guardians play a vital role in preventing under-18s from accessing age-restricted content. We encourage use of filtering and monitoring tools to block unsuitable material.

2) Tips for Parents & Guardians

  • Keep your Zyvora username and password confidential.
  • Avoid leaving your device unattended while logged in.
  • Don’t use “Remember Me” on shared devices—especially those accessible to children.
  • Supervise all internet-enabled devices used by minors.
  • Store payment cards and banking details securely and out of children’s reach.
  • Do not allow under-18s to engage with products intended for adults.
  • Consider family-safety apps (e.g., Qustodio, Bark, Kaspersky Safe Kids, Google Family Link).
  • If you share a device with under-18s, restrict access to social-gaming platforms.

3) Tips for Players

  • Play because you want to—not due to pressure from others.
  • Decide your entertainment spend in advance—and stick to it.
  • Read and understand the game rules before you start.
  • Please do not play if:
  • it disrupts your daily responsibilities,
  • you’re in treatment or recovery for any dependency,
  • you’re under the influence of alcohol or other substances, or
  • your intent is to repay debts with potential winnings.

4) Keeping Track of Your Play

Keep it fun. Social games are for entertainment—not income. Play in moderation.

Set a budget. Spend only what fits your leisure budget. Purchase Zyvora Coins only if affordable; free-play routes may also be available.

Watch the clock. Treat Zyvora like any hobby—great for downtime, not all the time.

Use our tools. Need a pause? You can take a short break or request a longer block (see below).

Self-check. Use our self-assessment in Section 6 to reflect on your habits.

5) Staying in Control

Purchase Limits for Zyvora Coins

You can request daily, weekly, or monthly purchase limits. Our Support Team is available 24/7 to help set or change limits.

  • Daily purchase limit
  • Weekly purchase limit
  • Monthly purchase limit

How to set or change limits: email **[email protected] or use the 24/7 Customer Help** form.

We’ll apply your request as quickly as possible; limits take effect once confirmed in writing. If you don’t see your limit applied, please notify us immediately. You can modify or remove limits at any time by contacting Support.

Take a Break & Account Closure Options

Take a Break (Short Timeout)

Temporarily lock access to your account for 24 hours or 7 days. Once started, a break cannot be canceled until it ends. Access resumes automatically when the period expires unless you email us not to reopen.

Request via **[email protected] or the Customer Help** form. Breaks take effect after written confirmation.

Self-Exclusion (Longer Restriction)

Self-exclusion is a stronger, longer restriction. Minimum duration: 6 months (longer periods available on request). During self-exclusion:

  • Access to Zyvora services is blocked to the extent reasonably possible.
  • You must not attempt to bypass the block (e.g., new accounts/alternative identities).
  • Daily logins, stars, or other rewards will not accrue.

We strive to implement self-exclusion promptly and correctly, but no system can be guaranteed 100% fail-safe.

Balances, Redemptions & History During Restrictions

  • Your account remains inactive during any Break, Deactivation, or Self-Exclusion.
  • If reactivated later, any virtual coin balance is restored to the amount held immediately before the restriction began.
  • Refunds or transfers of virtual coins are not available during these periods.
  • Pending redemptions won’t be processed while a restriction is active.

Data & Communications During Restrictions

We retain account data per our Privacy Policy and endeavor not to send marketing communications during Break/Deactivation/Self-Exclusion. If you receive one in error, contact **[email protected]** and we’ll fix it promptly.

Need gaming or transaction history while restricted? Email Support (online access will be limited).

How to Request Self-Exclusion

Email **[email protected] or use the Customer Help** form. Self-exclusion starts after written confirmation. If you believe it hasn’t been applied, tell us immediately.

Deactivation (Indefinite Closure without a Set Return Date)

Prefer to close your account without selecting a timeframe? Request Deactivation. Your data and history remain preserved so you can return later. To reactivate, contact **[email protected] or use the Customer Help** form.

Additional Advice for Effective Self-Exclusion

  • Consider excluding yourself from all gaming platforms where you hold accounts.
  • Mute or unfollow Zyvora on social media to reduce exposure during your break.
  • After a closure or exclusion, marketing emails should cease; allow up to 24 hours for system updates.

Exclusion for Unregistered Individuals

Don’t have an account but want to be blocked from registering? Email **[email protected]** with your full name, residential address, email, and age. We’ll prevent future sign-ups. Lifting such a block requires a written request from you.

Zyvora may also apply temporary or permanent exclusions at our discretion where there are indications of problematic play.

6) Self-Assessment

If you’re worried about your habits (or someone else’s), these prompts may help. If several resonate, consider setting stricter limits or seeking professional support:

  • Do you often replay past sessions in your mind or plan the next?
  • Do you hide or minimize your gaming from others?
  • Do interruptions make you unusually irritable?
  • After a pause, do you sometimes binge?
  • Do you use gaming to soothe difficult emotions?
  • Do you play very early in the morning?
  • Do you find ways to play when away from home?
  • Do you set limits, then exceed them?
  • Do you lose sleep because of gaming?
  • Have you missed work/classes or been late due to gaming?
  • Have you quit and uninstalled, then returned?
  • Do you feel guilt or shame about your gaming?
  • Has gaming caused friction in relationships?
  • Has it replaced hobbies or activities you used to enjoy?
  • Do you forget responsibilities or appointments because of gaming?
  • Do comments about “too much gaming” make you defensive?
  • Have your hours increased over time?
  • Do you skip social events to play?
  • Do you experience intense highs/lows or anger/fear while playing?
